During the past decade, Charlotte has managed IT programmes for market-leading organisations and led multi-functional project teams charged with implementing business-critical initiatives. Flexible in her approach to tackling unexpected project changes, Charlotte addresses each challenge head-on, with an enthusiastic leadership style that motivates teams, builds rapport, and deepens collaborations. Her experience in managing change through iterations and scrum approaches, mixed with her deep knowledge of IT issues, enables her to guide teams through the most difficult areas and phases of complex projects. Skilled in working within multi-cultural environments, she has travelled extensively and lived worldwide.
In her free time, she serves as the UK director for the Nukanti Foundation, a global independent non-profit providing educational and social programming to youth living in South American communities affected by poverty, conflict, and human-rights violations. In this role, she spearheads Nukanti’s operations in the UK, provides IT oversight for its global operations, and support key programs enabling social change.
Charlotte is based in Dorset and works across the South of England; she is available by contract for co-located and remote assignments.
